The San Luis Condominiums
The Condominiums at The San Luis was recently named an "RCI Resort of International Distinction" by Resort Condominiums International. Each of our condominiums are individually owned and are available for rent on a daily or weekly basis, perfect for a family Island getaway. Guests in the 100 unit condominium have full use of The San Luis Hotel's pool, restaurant and services.
Galveston Island Hilton
The Galveston Island Hilton is part of the resort property. All guest rooms are spacious and include designer furnishings. Guests at The Hilton can lounge by a luxurious, outdoor swimming pool, complete with a swim-up bar. The Galveston Island Hilton is also the home of The Palm Court at the Hilton, a cafe-style restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The lobby houses a bar and seating area where guests can relax before dinner after a day on the beach.
Holiday Inn Resort
Another resort property, Holiday Inn Resort is "The Friendly Place to Stay" on Galveston Island. Youngsters under 19 stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Each beautifully decorated room with a balcony gives you a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious rooms and suites make this the historic Island's finest for business gatherings, resort vacations or brief getaways.
On Site Accommodations
The conference rate is $95 room-night and is available for the nights of 27-31 January at the San Luis hotel only. Individuals will be responsible for making their reservations directly with the hotel. The toll free number is (800) 445-0090. Guest must identify themselves as AAS/AIAA Space Flight Mechanics Meeting registrants to receive the conference rate. Unfortunately, online reservation will not allow the conference rate.
N.B., To receive the conference rate, reservations must be placed with the hotel by January 7, 2008. Please make your reservations early as conference rate rooms are limited and the seasonal rates for Galveston during Mardi Gras are much higher. Please be advised that the special conference rate does not apply to Friday and/or Saturday night accommodations at the conference hotel
Cancellation policy: Individual reservation deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 72 hours prior to arrival. All refund requests must be made in writing.

Room Tax: All San Luis Resort rates are subject to a current 15% occupancy tax. Taxes are subject to change with out notice.
