The conference is organized by the AAS Space Flight Mechanics Committee and the AIAA Astrodynamics Technical Committee.

The Hotel Alyeska in Girdwood, Alaska is currently accepting reservations. The direct line for reservations is (907) 754-2111 or (800) 880-3880. To receive the group rate and be properly associated with this conference, please identify yourself as part of the 'American Astronautical Society of Flight Mechanics' or use the group code 'AAH14D'. The negotiated rate is guaranteed at the government per diem (currently $181/night) plus applicable taxes Our group has negotiated a special reservations/cancellation policy that allows guest to reserve a room with a credit card guarantee only (i.e. the card is recorded but no charges occur at the time of reservation). Guests can cancel prior to 72 hours upon arrival with no penalty. If a guest cancels after this 72 hour deadline or is a no-show, the credit card will be charged the full amount of 1 night's room, tax, and resort fee.

The reservations office is supposed to be well informed of our group and the associated room rates. Despite assurances from the hotel, we have had occasional issues with guests having problems with the room reservations. The liaison suggested that as an additional safeguard, guest can always email reservations@alyeskaresort.com if they have issues (and cc ryan.russell@gatech.edu).
