Information for Conference Chairmen

The following files and information is provided for chairmen of AAS Space Flight Mechanics Conferences. Before a conference chairman invests time developing a letter or spreadsheet, it would probably be worthwhile to look through this library of information. What you need is probabley here somewhere.

Files used for the 2005 Copper Mt. Conference. Here is a list of what is available in the zip file.
- Budget.xls - a summary page to track how we progressed through the conference
- Forms.xls - forms for registration, paper sales, etc.
- Admit1.doc and Drink Cert.doc - coupons are useful to have for special functions.
- Misc Info.doc - has the instructions, speaker breakfast items to cover, etc.
- Paper signs.doc - numbers needed for the paper room to place the papers on. It's a WORD document and should renumber - but that may be tricky.
- Program signs.doc - are needed for the the room search day.
- The call for papers (Word and PDF draft to AIAA).
- Welcome.ppt - welcome pitch.
