CONFERENCE INFORMATION
The Astrodynamics Specialists Conference is being organized by the American
Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and co-sponsored by the American
Astronautical Society.
The conference is co-located with three other AIAA conferences:
AIAA Guidance, Navigation, and Control Conference and Exhibit
AIAA Atmospheric Flight Mechanics Conference and Exhibit
AIAA Modeling and Simulation Conference and Exhibit
Hotel reservation information
AIAA has made arrangements for a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency
Monterey, One Old Golf Course Road, Monterey, CA 93940. Room rates are $135
single, $160 double, plus taxes (Phone 831/372-1234, 800/233-1234, fax
831/375-3960). The room block includes a limited number of rooms at the federal
government per diem rate; federal government ID is required. Please specify in
advance the time and date of arrival and departure and identify yourself with
the AIAA meeting. These rooms will be held for AIAA until 2 July 2002 and then
released for use by the general public. Most hotels will not honor late
arrivals unless it is specified in advance that you or your company agree to
pay for your room if you fail to show. After 1800 hrs, a room not guaranteed is
considered a “no show” and will be offered to the next available customer.
