The following registration fees will be in effect for the Conference:
AAS or AIAA Members $175
Nonmembers $200
Students $25

The registration desk will be open Sunday evening 4:00 - 7:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday 7:00AM - 4:00 PM, and Wednesday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. NOTE: We cannot accept credit cards. Please make checks payable to AAS SFM Conference or simply AAS.

Advance purchase of the Proceedings will be available at the registration desk.

Location
The Belleview Biltmore Resort and Spa is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Clearwater, Florida, set among 300 lush acres of golf courses and beautiful homes. It is conveniently located in the heart of the greater Tampa Bay metropolitan area, near a variety of theme parks, art museums, theaters, professional sports facilities, shopping, and Gulf Coast beaches. The Resort is 20 miles from the Tampa International Airport, and 108 miles from the Orlando International Airport.

Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved for Sunday through Wednesday at the Belleview Biltmore. The cutoff date for making reservations at the conference rate is December 9, 1999. When making reservations, please be sure to mention that you are attending the 2000 AAS/AIAA Space Flight Mechanics Meeting.

Social Events
The AAS will host a reception for early registrants on Sunday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. A second reception will be held on Monday evening. On Tuesday evening, 6:00 - 9:00 PM, there will be a Mystery Dinner Theatre Show and Banquet at the Belleview Biltmore. The cost of the dinner and entertainment is expected to be less than $45 for adults.
