This letter is a reminder of the 1997 AAS/AIAA Astrodynamics Conference, scheduled for August 4-7, 1997 at the Elkhorn Resort and Golf Club in Sun Valley, Idaho.

The Elkhorn Resort and Golf Club is a modern facility appropriate for meetings the size of the Astrodynamics Conference. There are several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The town of Ketchum is only a few minutes away on a free, regularly scheduled bus system. This bus system connects the major hotels and tourist activities in the area, and runs from early morning to very late at night.

The AAS has reserved a block of rooms at the resort, ranging from $88 to $118 per night, although the rooms are going fast. Additionally, there are many condos available for rent, ranging from $98 to $255 per night.
